Live: Day 8 Of Derek Chauvin's Trial | NBC News

Ummæli

  • The witnesses face after question at 4:54:49 ... iconic

  • Is anyone going to mention that Floyd wasn't under arrest at that point, and hadn't done anything that should have been penalized by more than a ticket, and thus didn't need to get in the car?

  • Don't want to see exhibit 17 ever again as long as I live!

  • Chauvins a murderer. No court case can disguise it as anything else. How judges define this will define the trust that american will get from the world. The world are concerned and relying on america for truth. The truth is what matters for trust and the judge has a big responsibility to display what true justce is for the safety of their people. Should a judge decide to support justice by making the right decision to favour George floyd then america will get attention as a trustworthy place to seek justice. On the other hand should the justice system of America lose trust to support murderer then no doubt distrust will stiffen their economy and no doubt allow the world to walk freely knowing the trust of Americas judiciary system is no longer worth trusting to look after African Americans. It's as simple as that.

  • Defence is asking you to believe that if this happened in an alleyway with no witnesses and no camera the police would have been less brutal not more brutal. Ok.

  • He did not say he ate too.many drugs, what he said sound nothing like drugs, you can't justify for the fact he KILLED Mr. G. Floyd

  • Search ISchats 'I Can't Breathe.'

  • Everyone saying GF was "high." Did you forget that the people in the car with him told officers he was a little "mental.". Is this how people with mental illness should be treated? Murdered because they are large and black?

  • “I ain’t do no drugs” he also said that right after he heard the cops talking about him doing drugs.

  • And the bills you mean money? Yes. And by pipe you mean?

  • It is my opinion that the defendant cannot win this case. I believe we will witness another “civil war”. We will see all are cities on “fire”if he is not found guilty. Does anyone else agree with me?

    • I also believe it will happen because Chauvin will walk. Look at America's track record

    • I do

    • Yes

  • 2:27:00 It almost seems like the prosecution is changing their case from pressure in the neck killed Floyd to pressure on the body. I think most of the state's witnesses said neck but now this guy says body. Are they trying to say it was both?

  • How does she find additional evidence a second search that wasn’t found in the first search of the vehicle that George Floyd was in. That in itself is highly suspicious ,no???

  • The guy from L.A is very inexperienced in court. He clearly has a bias in this particular case imo.

    • @Pitbull Syndicate just like how people watched rioters raid the capitol however two very different opinions arised

    • @Lex Nellis Seriously bro !! were we watching the same trial ?

    • I would disagree. He seems very familiar with court precedings.

  • What is defense doing? it is embarrassing. This is the worst lawyer. playing tapes that no one understands but only him. wtf

  • I have to say this on chaven behalf.. chaven looked very tired and very distrout and those other two officers should of took lead and guided chaven in the right direction witch is to put Floyd on his side and start recovery method's.

    • Chauvin.? 😂😂 Is The Prosecutor.? 😂😂

    • They were new to the job. He was supposed to be an example to them and train them.

  • Are you telling me that an officer of the law will stand by and allow another officer to commit a crime.

  • So what about the other two officers on Floyd? They didn't even try to encourage chaven to release the knee and put Floyd on his side. They mentioned it once.

  • Let's not forget thi wonderful man is my brother Our horror is that someone would use my death to promote an agenda to justify my right to life.

  • F the thing about 20/20 hindsight. There was clear negligence. I hope the jurors do not fall for his bullsh*t.

    • Let's give him the benefit of the doubt; maybe he didn't realize at the time he was killing George. When the crowd starts telling the officers to check his pulse a reasonable person should think to themselves, "you know what, ya, we should do so."

  • I have a weird feeling Nelson may come up with an angel of death defense.

  • He’s lucky he walked in your house. My house he would have been carried out

  • Floyd says; I ain’t do any drugs.

  • It appears Mr. Floyd had a hand by his neck when agreeing to exit the vehicle.

  • GF was having a PANIC ATTACK in the back of the squad car because he was claustrophobic and was afraid of the police due to previously being mishandled/shot by the police. Panic attacks give the person who is experiencing them a sensation of not being able to breathe. Then he ACTUALLY couldn't breathe with 3 cops sat on top of him. People who are pointing out that GF was saying he couldn't breathe before he was on the ground as some kind of proof that the police restraint was not the cause for his inability to breathe need a reality check or are just not interested in the Truth. from the UK.

    • He acted the same way few years ago ischats.info/fun/h7GPg5WBqoajeJ4/v-deo start around 4:17

    • Exactly. A textbook panic attack.

  • Nelson did horrible on Day 8 with no actual defense and Chauvin is still going to walk because this is AmeriKKKa.

  • why is the defense lawyer allowed to do commentation and not actually ASK a question? his senarios are nothing like what happened!!!!

    • I think the judge was more lenient to the defense because of how bad it was from the start. They had to change their 'defense' every other day, as expert after expert after expert proved each new lie wrong lol They never had a chance in the first place. There was never anything to defend.

    • I think they are trying not to appear as aggressive.

    • Because it’s clearly the officers fault that he didn’t provide necessary care for the man in his custody. Instead he did all he could to not to take care of him. So the defense is planting seeds of doubt even if it’s ridiculous. Prosecution needs to object more..

    • I have no clue as to why the prosecution is not objecting to it, it’s erroneous!

  • so was the bill actually counterfeit?

  • Exhibit 279: I do not remotely believe the person in that photograph weighed only 140 lbs. He weighs closer to 180 than he does 140, likely between 160 and 170.

    • @The True Patriot The duty belt, etc., is to be considered for total weight. However, I am referring to his own body weight. I don't see anything anywhere as to who weighed him, only the photo and that was his weight listed with the photo. Based on what I know personally of my husband as related to weight, I do not believe the man in that photo weighs only 140 lbs. Heavens, at 5'5" and in peak physical condition, I weighed 140 lbs. but did not compare it to me with male and female body differences but, instead, compared it with my husband who, by the way, looked much thinner in the face.

    • @Glenna Rose who was responsible for weighing him? the prosecutions whole case revolves around the pressure on Floyd. you would think the prosecutions team would of demanded to weigh him themselves.. they also mentioned during the trial that his duty belt can weigh 30+ pounds.. so that's something to consider to.

    • @The True Patriot He absolutely does. My husband was 5'11" and weighed 160-170 most of his life. Looking at Chauvin's arms, it appears they are about the same amount of "skinny" as my husband's arms, and my husband did not have a "gut" and was quite slim, looked slimmer than Chauvin does in that photo or in court.

    • he's skinny but I agree that he looks bigger than 140. I would think 165-170lbs.

  • not guilty!!!

  • Eric Nelson is really reaching. All the body cam stills he keeps using to try to prove Derek Chauvin wasn’t leaning on George Floyd’s neck are during the time after he had already stopped breathing. Basically anything after 20:27:- he had already lost consciousness. He must be banking on the witnesses and jury being really dumb. If I were on that jury I’d for sure be pointing that out.

  • This was nothing but a lynching in broad daylight without a rope. He had it in for Mr. Floyd because of his skin color. Chauvin wanted to show the rookies, this is how you tame a big black man boys.

  • Officer Reyerson is a very sharp guy, extremely well educated, impressive

  • &iidisard Discard Discard Discard

  • ischats.info/fun/mJiupHefYqiVlZA/v-deo

  • Oh forensic lady...why! WHY!, as a FOR-EN-SIC expert, would you leave a small white item on the floor of a squad driven by a murdering cop? That is a massive stumble! She looked like she was trying to get comfortable on a cactus after that fk up.

  • Mr Floyd said he'd had covid Do we know if there was any chance that he couldn't breath because of this and knowing now that some people suffer long covid and are left with long term effects that this could have contributed to his death in some way.

    • @Scape Goat asphyxia is what dying from not being able to breathing is called, yes. They asked if COVID could have contributed to his suffocation. And because he was in the prone position, if he died because he could not breathe that is positional asphyxia. If you missed it, there are several experts in these trials that not only explain it, but based on their professional opinion, let us know that’s what they believe the cause of death to be. Like the medical examiners who just backed that up.

    • @DadTwoPoint0 it seems like you've already made up your mind, seeing as how you said his death was by positional asphyxiation.

    • It could have contributed to his death by positional asphyxiation, but as I haven’t gotten to the medical examiners portion of the trials I’m waiting to see what they say before making up my own mind

  • Is the defense attorney's constant interjection of the word "right" an attempt to plant the word in the minds of the jury on the part of the defendant or is he really that poor at phrasing questions and making statements? He uses it where it makes no sense whatsoever. His grammar isn't all the good either considering the amount of formal education he has had to become an attorney.

  • It already feels quite clear that the trial is a fake.

  • This should just be a mistrial. No such thing as a fair trial here. I have never seen witnesses so keen on convicting someone. Scary future ahead. What juror didn't go in with their mind made up?

    • Giving testimony like they want him shot in the town square... one after another

  • Hollywood is foaming at the mouth for this to get over so the movie can come out. LeBron James makes debut as actor

    • Lebron James has been in movies already tho

  • If you can't control someone already cuffed something is wrong. Hard to get up and run without being tripped. Excessive use of force and indifference to life. However you look at it karma came back to Floyd.

  • Did Janis Joplin get Mercedes Benz? Don't know but she did get her drugs.

  • I wonder how much Vegas is betting on this. I wonder what Dexter Morgan would do.....probably the right thing

  • snitch

  • This dirty evil ex police officer has sat through this whole trial showing No emotion whatsoever. his lawyer asks the most ridiculous questions.if he comes out with,""you would agree that it's possible ET came down and ran over mr Floyyd with his pushbike" I would note surprised. Any decent brain should see right through his ridiculous sharade and actually take in the actual evidence of the Murder

    • what do you want him to do? cry? because a drug addict criminal died? sorry I wouldn't cry either.. a thug like Floyd isn't worth the emotion.

  • Watched Ben Shapiro cover this on his podcast ahi highlight the 140lbs Derek Chauvin's weight but ignores the estimate additional 40lbs at 2:58:00 is amazing, just like the mainstream pundits on the right fail to report the whole truth. Glad I came to watch the thing for myself.

    • @Glenna Rose In complete agreement with you, I was just taken back when "Facts don't care about your feelings" Ben Shapiro glossed over the 140lbs with 40lbs extra in gear. I wasn't downplaying it if you got that intent. That defense witness to counter the prosecution's witness on applicable force and tactics was stupid. George Floyd was struggling because he was trying to use his head and arm to lift his body to breathe if he had just relaxed? Or that it is only applying force if there is a sensation of pain?

    • @Mark Wolfe Regardless of his weight, with or without equipment, Dr. Tobin's testimony clearly demonstrates it was oxygen starvation which caused Floyd's death. Also, in the video (and still photo of the video frames), it clearly shows all of Chauvin's weight was on Floyd since the toes to his shoes were off the ground. I found Dr. Tobin's testimony very informative as well as credible.

    • @Glenna Rose I can only go based on the reporting and trial, in such 140 with estimate of 40 extra pounds from gear. I agree with you, but guessing one's weight from eyesight is not a thing I can do.

    • I don't believe Chauvin weighed only 140 lbs. when that photo was taken. My husband was 5'11" and weighed 160 (sometimes more) and was thin, likely thinner than Chauvin looking at Chauvin's arms and face. I am taking the flak vest into consideration looking at the photo.

  • Just a bunch of mafia gangsters tryna tell us we didn’t see what we saw

    • I know. Mainstream Media has been out of control.

    • I agree... it's obvious what we saw was a man fighting with police and then overdosing on drugs! do they think we're stupid! trust your eyes we all saw what happened!

  • Y’all can literally argue until the cows come home in these comments and the FACTS won’t change. High or NOT, the cops were REQUIRED by law AND policy to render aid to a suspect in distress and they willfully chose to disregard that requirement multiple times and in multiple ways. As a result, of THEIR choices a HUMAN BEING is dead! If he was going to die from his heart condition, it didn’t have to happen in THEIR custody. If he was going to die from a drug overdose, it didn’t have to happen in THEIR custody. He died in THEIR custody because they CHOSE to disregard the law, the policies, their training, and his HUMANITY!

  • Chris Rock said it best, "If you don't want trouble from the PO-Lice than listen to the PO-Lice"

    • @yellow Arrow So sorry if I "offended" you. I'll send you an aroma therapy candle.

    • @Mike Weber real men don't gossip in the comment section of a ISchats video.

    • @yellow Arrow Poor little snowflake who gets easily offended. "Saint George" had an extensive police record. Bad people who do LOTS of bad things usually encounter bad outcomes. If it was a Black Officer who did this to a bad White guy it would be mentioned on the news for a week.

    • @Mike Weber what's any of that got to do with this specific case.stop looking for attention loser. Go be someone instead of spreading hate propaganda

    • @Erica Jackson He ACTUALLY RESISTED arrest not to mention he said he can't breathe several times before he was on the ground. Bad human beings that do bad things such as holding a gun to a pregnant woman's stomach during a home invasion like "Saint George" did usually end up with a bad outcome. That was just one of the items on his EXTENSIVE police record.

  • Is there going to be a new holiday for "Saint George"?

    • We celebrate it by pointing finger guns at pregnant women with a wink and a smile. 😉 😃

  • When you are a terrible human like "Saint George" and do bad things and accumulate and extensive police record, you likely will come face to face with bad outcomes.

    • @Chandell Bizzle If it was a Black Policeman who did this to a White guy with an extensive police record like "Saint George" had cities would not have burned to the ground it and it would be off the news in about a week. Thanks "Yall"

    • @Chandell Bizzle Just curious, have you ever held a gun to a pregnant women's stomach like "Saint George" did?

    • Just Say You’re Racist And Go. Y’all People Are Savages And Believe In Savage Solutions Until It’s Yall

  • To prove if Chauvan is innocent is for three people to hold him down in the same choke hold position to the same amount of time done to George Floyd to see if he can survive it.! Right on his neck with his face facing side ways for us to see Clearly his breathing👍

    • Yes!!! And he will be found innocent.

  • Nelson is a piece of CRAP! The fact of the matter is, Chauvin kept his knee on Dear George’s NECK , for, 9 minutes and 29 seconds! Despite, the well-behaved pedestrians, who, by the way, did as they were told, stood on the Kerb, while still filming, and, said their piece of mind, while, slowly watching a human being, being deprived of oxygen! Chauvin, while slowly suffocating George Floyd, eyed back at the Pedestrians, and, showed them, HOW TOUGH HE COULD BE! Defiant till the end! Lock him up for a LONG TIME! The Inmates will FIX HIM UP! Maybe, he might go the Same Way as George did, the Inmates will work that one out!

  • . I CAN'T BREATHE THEY ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE LIKE YOU DANCE GEORGE, DANCE, DON'T GET OUT OF THE STORE DEATH IS OUTSIDE AND IT'S ALL DRESSED IN BLUE COULD BE ONE, COULD BE MORE, ROTTEN TO THE CORE Leo/2021

  • I hope y’all get DC prison number so y’all can write him. He’s going to need the support. Well his bum bum will need support lol they going deep in that pink butt 😂

  • I just want to point out that in the previous days (I'm at the very beginning right now), the defense attorney always asks the witnesses about handcuffing in the prone position. Hello! If you go back and watch Lane's body cam, he handcuffed George when he took him out of his OWN vehicle, before they walked him across the street! At this point in the trial, they don't mention what happened to the two drug dealers that were in the van with George. I'm also waiting to hear about when all 4 officers were fired less than 24 hours after this happened. I live in the Twin Cities and that was reported on our local news.

    • @Antonio Mallory yes, I did see that after I made this comment. I'm now much more informed after watching the whole trial. I do live in the Minneapolis area. Now that the case has gone to the jury, please pray for us here. It looks, according to our local news, that the protestors are now back in Minneapolis. Time will tell if this ends peacefully or not.

    • The woman in the car was George's ex-girlfriend. Maurice should George those fake percocets and he had counterfeit money too. When the guy went to tell George to come in for the 2nd, the store owners family member cameout with that guy and Maurice tears a counterfeit $20 in their faces outside the window.

    • I don’t see why Derek Chauvin’s firing will be a factor in the case. It’s already been made clear that his conduct was unacceptable by the MPD. I would think that it would be unnecessarily prejudicial. Just because he was fired wouldn’t make him guilty of a crime. Just as if he hadn’t been fired if wouldn’t have been prof of innocence.

  • These comments are like a sporting event and both teams think they're winning. Smh

  • "Is that the only time in that case?" It seems when questioning a witness about credentials and how often he has testified it would be "Is that the only time?" (32:46)

  • George Floyd's Family Receives $27 Million Settlement From Minneapolis Over His Death. By Reuters, Wire Service Content March 12, 2021, at 1:55 p.m. ... Benjamin Crump, an attorney for the Floyd family, said the agreement was the largest pre-trial settlement of a wrongful death lawsuit in U.S. history.Mar Looks like this trial is already over.. Before it started... 27 million dollars and before a verdict...

  • A silly comment but has anyone else noticed that the defence attorney looks like Lenard from the Big Bang theory.

    • He does sound like him

    • omg yes lol kinda sounds like him to.

    • he look like a teddy bear

  • How can a man in handcuffs, lying in a prone position be of a threat to arresting officers? Defense attorneys are pure criminals

    • I kindly ask the witness to think of God and not answer yes to all of the defense attorney's questions. Responding yes instead of no to questions that should have no for answer is a miscarriage of justice and God can punish you for that.

  • I'm going to need chemotherapy after this comment section. Let me summarize it so you don't have to scroll down: -Black people saying muh racism. -White women virtue signaling. -People actually discussing the toxicology report and multiple perspectives.

    • A question for the nazis in the comment section: Why do yall put "muh" in front everything. I assume it is a joke but I don't get what's funny.

    • 😂😭

  • 2:26 asking him if he see Derek knee in between his shoulder after he was already dead is so irrelevant to me, the paramedics were already there and the wasn’t even moving like for 9 mins the was on his neck not on his shoulders!!

  • This trial should be renamed "The Cringy Defense Tactics of Mr. Nelson"

  • Defense is arguing that chauvin has his knee below the neck and that may be true but the pics that he is showing is after paramedics arrive and Mr. Floyd had already need dead with no pulse for at least 4 minutes or more. Chauvin moved his knee when paramedics walked up because he knew he had already killed him. Please clarify this District Attorney! It is irrelevant where he had his knee or leg or freaking big toe! He had already killed him by pressing his knee and leg and body weight into his neck and suffocated him. Unbelievable that the defense even tries to get this into evidence because it shows guilt of murder for sure

  • There is a preponderant amount of evidence against Derek Chauvin. The man is a "murderer" and he should be sentenced to life without the possibility of parole.

    • And Floyd was a completely innocent victim, who with heart disease, took a lethal dose of fentanyl while resisting arrest?

  • Knee on the neck and held down with the full weight of 3 police officers, handcuffed in the prone position for 9 minutes, killed due to asphyxiation from knee to the neck hence why GF stated he couldn't breathe. Crowd were worried and GF was denied medical attention. MSN Knee on the shoulder blades/back wasn't held down by 3 officers for 9 minutes using full weight. Was handcuffed in the prone position at the request of GF. Isn't unreasonable to detain if person has been hostile or resisting. GF had a high amount of drugs in system, complained about breathing before being restrained. Neck restraints are taught as a method of use of force. Crowd were screaming and police had called an ambulance. COURT My opinion . . . . GF overdosed on drugs while being restrained. Police negligence to act sooner didn't comply with the protocol of putting someone in the recovery position, the crowd may have contributed with officers being distracted. Not guilty of murder.

  • ischats.info/fun/frawlmWLnmKoqXg/v-deo🙏🙏🙏🙏

  • i dont understand the questioning to the ones that examined mr floyds car seem like the prosecuter is showing jury that mr floyd had done drugs totally helping the defense i dont get that

  • Floyd's family will also get Chauvin's $50,000 a year pension money when it's garnished from his account once he turns 50. that will be enough to put Floyd's daughter through Harvard. Haha! Chauvin is losing big time!

  • This guy explains it really good what happened to Floyd. ischats.info/fun/YNKqdqFnZJSrepo/v-deo

  • George Floyd's Death - Brought Change in The Black Community ! " Black Loyalty "

    • Now we have to unify and modify our cultural values especially regarding the children. I’m hopeful that things will improve especially with information being widely available on the internet.

  • All this trail expense & time.😤 First day watch all the video's. Then the second day ask that pig cop why would he do what he did is to murder a guy just to murder him why? Then say it don't matter anymore it over we can't go back in time. Third day nothing to appeal Saturday u hang in that city square at 6PM. To all the networks be there to televise it through the nation. Then repeat it 3 more times on the other 3 pig cops. After the last one is hung that will be the police reform for the police through the country. Then u will see alot of the pig cops that are cowards quit. Then the good officers of the police dept. will also be happy, cause pig cops like that put them in danger that they don't need. Thats from friends of mine & two of them are cops & 1 is retired & they agree whole heartedly.

  • I'm scared for Chauvin. We all know that Floyd over dosed, but the jury must be afraid for what the BLM terrorists will do if they rightfully find him not guilty. Sucks that POS losers who don't work have so much power in Murica.

  • I blame Floyd’s lowlife drug dealer who got him into doing speed balls & passed him the fake $20, then acted like he didn’t do nufin, didn’t know nufin. No one GAF about this poor man when he was alive & struggling w/opioid addiction, now they all cashing in on it literally & figuratively with all the social cache that comes w/being perpetual victims. Gives em license to act out their rage at their own bad choices. WHAT ARE YOU PPL DOING TO HELP THE FLOYDS OUT THERE NOW???!!!! NUFIN!!! Yall walk around like untouchables, terrorizing the public over grievances that are not your own, and looking the other way at the Floyds of this world, encouraging gangsta/thug/drug life as if it’s cool. Then law enforcement left to deal w/the mayhem. You throw ppl like Floyd UNDER THE BUS all the time. Don’t tell me your melodrama is caring.

  • ischats.info/fun/qNatpHigZpZpYqo/v-deo

  • innocent

  • It looks like Mr.C is posing with a trophy with his hand on his hip (looks like in his pocket). He is definitely not in fear of his life or of Floyd escaping in any way.

    • That is *exactly* what he looks like!

  • How come the freemasons are always involved when it comes to police criminality. They have just been found out in Jersey UK: all of the great-and-good pervs have been found to be kiddy fiddlers

  • What’s up with Special Agent’s James Reyerson’s body language and demeanor?

    • @The True Patriot I think he had words with chauvin during his interview downtown and was looking like he was itching to say something either to him or the court.

    • ya!!! right!!! I noticed the same thing... very odd. almost seems deceptive.

  • I keep thinking that's ps5 on the defenses table

  • Is he in jail while trial is going on ??

  • GEORGE FLOYD IS NOTHING BUT A ROBBER AND A DRUG ADDICT

  • So what was in Floyd's system? According to the examination, 11ng/mL of fentanyl, 5.6 ng/mL of Norfentanyl, 0.65 ng/mL of 4-ANPP, 19ng/mL of Methamphetamine, Cotinine, Caffeine, 1.2 ng/mL of 11 Hydroxy Delta-5, 42 ng/mL of Delta-9 Carboxy THC, 2.9 ng/mL of Delta-9 THC, and he was a Corona virus carrier. Was all this why he couldn't breathe?

    • @Zara Hussain Guess what? The TV news is telling me that USA laws are only for White people. Evidently African Americans don't have to obey the law anymore. If cops pull them over, make a fuss, riot, and then sue!

    • Well he was breathing fine until the killer cops squeezed the life out of him. I guess we'll never know whether the drugs would've killed him thanks to the moronic killer cops who decided to simultaneously sit on him for over 9 minutes

  • I almost feel bad for the defense attorneys. There is literally no case they can make to defend Chauvin. They try to cast doubt as to the cause of death, blaming it on drugs, not Chauvin, but that case hurts them as Chauvin could have prevented the drug related death of George Floyd had he followed policy and his duty. He purposely chose to neglect the health of Floyd in his custody, and chose to further injure his detainee guaranteeing his subsequent death. To make matters worse, his attorneys have to explain why Chauvin went off the rail and broke a myriad of policing policies. The only way to legally explain his actions is by equating Chauvin's actions to an allowable split-second decision, but what's indefensible is that split-second decision took 9 minutes and 29 seconds. The only way to explain that wholly unreasonable lengthy 9-minute-29-second-split-second-decision is to say that the non-existent threat from the crowd distracted him for the entirety of that time, despite that fact he had another officer running crowd interference. This defense strategy is further trashed by the fact that any perceived threat from the crowd could instantly be eliminated by removing his weight from George Floyd and turning him on his side. The only defense left at this point is pleading that Chauvin is wholly ignorant of police policy, protocol, law, best practices, and his duty to ensure the safety of his detainee. Proving that a 19 year experienced police officer who is in fact a field training officer who has had 866 hours of continued training beyond the police academy can be thaaaaaaaat ignorant is an impossible task. So where does that leave the defense? Absolutely no where. That's why the best his attorneys can do is use a tremendous amount of time trying to get witnesses to agree on obvious facts that in no way offer a defense or that help the defense, but hoping it will impression the jury and fool them into thinking the defense attorneys are making even a fractionally rational defense that would exonerate Chauvin. Someone needs to buy Mr. Nelson a steak dinner for even trying.

  • So we gonna ignore georgy flody in how he was asked to be put on the ground? Oh... Ok

    • He asked to be put on the ground - he did NOT ask for Chauvin (or anyone) to put his body weight on him while he was laying on his chest. Testimony stated that the body weight alone with the victim laying on his chest in the prone position is enough to keep him from breathing.

    • I don’t think he asked for a knee on his neck for 9 mins though. Come up with something else. I know you’re trying.

    • He did request to be put on the ground although being put on the ground does mean he should've ended up dead. He didn't ask to die just put on the ground, genuis
